Woke up to find out that someone had broken in while I was asleep and stolen everything. Stereo, $1000 worth of CDs, couch, TV, phone, everything. I talked to my neighbors and found out the same thing had happened to all of them. The burglars had cut our deadbolts. I called the police, but they told me that since I didn't have renter's insurance I was pretty much screwed and there was nothing they could do.
